Who owns the photos. The photos of villages, care centres and residents on Cape Retirement Guide belong to the facility or operator named on each listing, or to the photographer who took them for it. Copyright stays with them. Cape Retirement Guide does not own these photos and does not license them to anyone.

Why they are here. We show a facility's own photos on its listing so families can see the place before they visit or get in touch.

Using a photo. If you would like to use one of these photos, please ask the facility or operator on the listing. They, not us, can grant a licence.

Updating or removing a photo. If a photo of your facility is out of date, credited wrongly, or you would rather it was not shown, email [email protected] with the page link and we will update or remove it, usually within two working days.
