This policy explains how Cape Retirement Guide collects and uses personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, and the details you choose to give about the care needed. We also record anonymous page-view statistics and which contact buttons are tapped.

Why. Only to put you in touch with the facility you asked about, or, if you asked for general help, with up to three suitable facilities. You give consent for this when you tick the box on the form.

Health information. Please do not include detailed medical information in the form. A facility will ask for what it needs when it contacts you.

Sharing. We do not sell your details to anyone other than the facilities described above, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Your rights. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
